Lectron H-Series EVO – Performance Evolved

The H-SERIES EVO is the next evolution of Lectron’s trusted H-Series line. Precision-machined from 6061 billet aluminum, the EVO delivers stronger construction, tighter tolerances, and modern upgrades that riders can feel on every ride. With a refined high-velocity bore and our Xcelerator metering rod, the EVO provides snappier throttle response, improved torque, and eliminates lean bogs under rapid throttle openings — all while retaining the Lectron legendary set-it-and-forget-it simplicity.

Upgrades like the SafeDrain overflow bowl, hard-anodized billet slide, and compact 78mm body make the EVO more durable, easier to install, and better performing than the cast H-Series it replaces. Add in anodized color options and optional quick-turn thumb screws, and you’ve got a carburetor that balances performance, durability, and customization in one package.

🏁 Who It’s For:
Riders who want a simple, billet-built upgrade that delivers stronger throttle response, modern durability, and easier installation without the complexity. Perfect for 125–300cc 2-stroke riders who just want to ride more and wrench less.

Xcelerator Metering Rod

Provides a burst of fuel enrichment when ‘whacking’ the throttle for instant throttle response in all RPM’s. This innovation is a leap in metering rod technology by sustaining the hassle-free, no jetting benefits, while leveling up performance and throttle response. No compromise, just power made easy.

Power Jet System

Adds external adjustability of fuel for wide-open throttle positions. Fine tune your top end for increased power without sacrificing midrange - Ideal for racing and high-speed performance.

SafeDrain Overflow Bowl

SafeDrain is Lectron’s integrated overflow control system engineered to protect your engine from the complications of fuel overflow in the most demanding conditions. Whether you're navigating steep climbs, hammering through vibration-heavy terrain, or transporting a hot bike after a ride, SafeDrain gives excess fuel a clean exit path and enhanced geometry for improved sealing.

By combining overflow redirection with added venting for incline and decline situations, SafeDrain Bowl ensures stable fuel pressure and consistent performance where other systems fail. It’s peace of mind built into the bowl — no tuning, no fuss, just protection you can trust.

No-Jetting

Our carburetors use a dynamic fuel delivery system that self-compensates for changing conditions like altitude, temperature, and humidity. Unlike traditional carbs that require constant jetting adjustments, ours deliver consistent fueling with no extra effort.

Just bolt it on and go — whether you’re riding at sea level or climbing elevation.

Full Install Kit Included

Every carburetor kit comes with the required functional components, including a matched throttle cable and basic hardware, to adapt the carburetor for use on most stock setups. While not guaranteed to be a direct bolt-on for every model, these parts are necessary to ensure the carb operates correctly once installed.

This kit is designed to replace OEM controls to ensure proper function — saving you time sourcing the right cable or adapter parts. Fitment may vary depending on your bike or ATV’s specific setup, and additional modifications may be required.

Proven Performance

Our carburetors are built on well-established fuel delivery principles that have been tested across countless on and off-road applications. Whether you're racing, trail riding, or running a custom build, you can count on predictable throttle response, smooth power delivery, awesome peak power, and long-term reliability.

This is performance you can feel — without needing to overthink it.

FAQ

How does the H-SERIES EVO compare to the old H-SERIES & Standard BILLETRON?

The EVO combines the best of both. Compared to the cast H-SERIES, it’s billet-built for durability, has tighter tolerances, and adds features like the SafeDrain™ bowl, anodizing options, and easier fitment for modern models with its compact 78mm body. Compared to the Standard Billetron, it delivers smoother throttle response with the Xcelerator™ metering rod while keeping the simplicity of a single-circuit design. EVO is essentially the modern evolution of both — stronger, faster, and simpler.

How does the H-SERIES EVO compare to the PRO-SERIES?

The EVO is designed as the everyday upgrade — simple, billet-strong, and perfect for most riders. The PRO-SERIES is our flagship carburetor, built for riders who want maximum adjustability, throttle hit, and race-level performance while the H-SERIES EVO improves on the performance of the old H-SERIES and standard BILLETRON while retaining ultimate simplicity.

Does the H-SERIES EVO replace the old H-Series & Billetron?

Yes. The EVO replaces both the cast H-SERIES and the standard Billetron 38mm & 40mm. It carries forward their strengths while adding billet construction and modern upgrades.

Will replacement parts still be available for my old H-SERIES or Billetron Carburetor?

Absolutely. We continue to support legacy models with replacement parts and service, so your existing carb is fully covered.

What's the difference between the H-SERIES EVO and the previous H-Series?

The EVO is a billet-built upgrade of the original H-SERIES. It features a 6061 billet aluminum body, anodizing options, a SafeDrain™ overflow bowl, a hard-anodized billet slide, and our Xcelerator™ metering rod for faster throttle response. It’s stronger, smoother, and more precise — but still keeps Lectron’s set-it-and-forget-it simplicity.

What's the difference between Lectron carbs and stock/OEM carbs?

Lectron carbs are built for riders who want simplicity without compromising performance.

Unlike stock carbs that rely on jets and constant tuning, Lectron uses a metering rod system that automatically adjusts fuel delivery based the conditions around you (elevation, temperature, humidity, etc..) . No jets to swap. No guessing. Just ride.

Here’s what sets us apart:

  • No Jetting Required – Adapts to changes in altitude, temperature, and mods automatically.
  • Smooth, Predictable Power – Strong bottom-end and midrange torque with linear throttle response.
  • Fewer Parts, Less Tuning – Simpler design means less time wrenching and more time riding.
  • Built for Performance – Whether you're racing or trail riding, you get better performance without the hassle.

It’s the performance you want, with the simplicity you’ve been missing.

Will the carb come pre-tuned?

We have over 50 years of experience with tuning carburetors. We setup each carb to a fundamentally determined setting based on information you provide to us. Your carb will be very close or spot on when received. With that said, varying factors like the bikes condition, wear, maintenance, oil ratio, and age of fuel can have an effect with tuning. We suggest a simple, slight tuning at install to achieve max performance and preferability. Once you set it, forget it. Enjoy no-hassle.

What if I need help with install or tuning?

No problem - we've got you covered. Our dedicated support team has extensive experience tuning and installing Lectron carburetors across a wide range of bikes and riding styles. Whether you're working through your initial setup or fine-tuning for specific conditions, we're here to help. Outstanding Performance

I bought the 38 Mil Lectron carburetor for my 1986 250R with only a pipe on it. This carburetor really released the true potential on my 250 with its great performance and throttle response. The throttle cable is a tad bit long but thats absolutely fine as it leaves play in the thumb throttle. Super smooth throttle response and cable. This carburetor and how it performs will turn your machine into a whole different kind of animal. I love the tuning on this thing too. Also not having to change jets for different elevations is nice. Never going back to any other carb I definitely recommend!

Lectron on 93 cr125

Fairly easy installation. Definitely improved throttle response and efficiency. Adds a decent bit of low end torque, which is useful for a 125. Would buy again and would highly recommend.

Best carb you can buy

Bought this for my 2000 kx250. Easily the best purchase I couldve made. The price is a tough pill to swallow but this carburetor will make your bike sing like Adele. Easy installation and Im mechanically inept took me all of 20 minutes. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that rides. My brother has a 2021 yz250 and hes now thinking of getting one of these carburetors after seeing how this carburetor improved my bikes performance and his bike is brand new!

dont hesitate

1997 cr250r, been having a ton of issues with the stock carb, of course bikes been sitting since 08, I've cleaned it, ran horrid, i ultrasonic cleaned it, replaced to all stock jets and tried tuning from there, same problem, horrible idol no matter what i changed, way too much fuel at the top end horrible smoke leaned the main jet out by 20 and dropped the needle all the way, still to much fuel, replaced it with a 300$ ebay carb, thought my body must be worn out and too far gone, and the same problem persisted, so i said f*!k it 500 for a lectron, bolted right on, fired up first kick and idled, i was so happy, i did adjust the needle half a turn because it seemed a bit lean, and boom problem solved and been happy, was about to sell the bike because of the problem
