📄 Return and Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality and performance of every Lectron product. Because our carburetors are built to order based on customer specifications, each unit requires dedicated labor and precision manufacturing. Our return policy is designed to balance customer flexibility with the costs associated with custom production.

🔁 Returns

  • Returns are eligible within 30 days of original order date.

  • All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee equal to the greater of 15% or $30.

  • Original shipping charges and 3% transaction fees are non-refundable

  • Returned products must be in new, unused, unopen condition with all original packaging.

  • Custom-built products are not eligible for return.

Any product showing signs of damage via installation, use, or modification will be refused or subject to additional fees.

🛠 Warranty & Testing

  • Lectron products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • If you believe your product has a defect:

    • Contact us with a description of the issue, serial number, photos, and any adjustments made.

    • If confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at no cost.

    • If no defect is found, we will reset the carburetor to factory specs and return it to you. Shipping charges apply.

🔄 Exchanges

  • Wrong item ordered? If the wrong item was ordered, we may exchange cables, adapters, and non-carburetor parts, provided they are returned unused and in new condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping on exchange items.

  • Damaged or used items may be subject to a repair fee or refusal.
  • If Lectron ships an incorrect item, we will correct the error at no cost to the customer.
  • Custom products may be subject to an exchange fee or may not be eligible for an exchange.

❌ Order Cancellations

Lectron carburetors are custom-built and enter processing quickly. 

  • Cancellation requests within 24 hours of placing an order are eligible for a refund minus 3% transaction fees.

  • Orders under $200: Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 20% fee.

  • Orders over $200: Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 10% fee.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

📦 Dealer Purchases

Products purchased through authorized dealers are subject to the dealer's own return, exchange, and warranty policies. Please contact your dealer directly for assistance.
